Can I order from outside the U.S.?

We can ship outside of the U.S., however, we recommend that you check with your own local administration to ensure that you are comfortable with the level of legality of consuming these products in your area before you buy them. For international orders, you accept full responsibility once the product has been shipped. Azure is not responsible for shipping delays, and we cannot issue refunds on items seized by customs.

Can I find Azure products in stores?

Yes! Our products are available at several retailers throughout the United States.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. To prevent fraudulent charges, all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by our company and the card issuer.

When will I be charged if ordering from the online store?

Your card will be charged immediately after security checks from your bank and Azure.

How will I know when my order is successfully placed?

We will send you an email verification for your order after it is completed with your order, and an invoice number to keep for your records and to contact us with questions or concerns.

Will I receive a notification when my order has shipped?

Yes, we will send tracking information when your package is being shipped.

What if I didn’t receive a confirmation email or tracking number?

Check your spam folder since our emails are generated automatically. If the email is in the spam folder, make sure to add us to your address book. If the confirmation is not found, check to make sure the details you have provided are correct, and contact us if you have any further concerns.

How long will it take for my order to be processed?

Most orders are processed within 24 hours after you place your order. We do not ship orders on weekends or national holidays.

What if my order is missing an item?

Please let us know immediately so we can send a replacement.

Can I return an item?

If you feel that you are entitled to a refund, please send your order back to us and include a receipt or proof of purchase within 30 days of receiving your order.  After that time, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange. Partial refunds in certain circumstances may be granted at the discretion of the company.

Once your return is received, we will send a notification email. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to the credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.

Note: Each individual’s experience with CBD is a different and there’s not one guaranteed or standard solution. Some people find a small amount of CBD to be what they need, while others take much more. CBD may not be effective for all conditions. The advice and claims we can make are limited by restrictions placed on dietary supplements by the FDA. Please consult a medical professional and other government and scientific research on the efficacy of CBD for your circumstances.

Do I still get free shipping even if I order internationally?

No, we only offer free shipping for orders made in the continental United States.
